An exceptional professional career spanning over 28 years in retail and consumer packaged goods, Scott's corporate history includes some of the largest public and private food companies in the industry. His track record of revenue growth enables clients to maximize investments by successfully developing sales and sales management techniques that link strategy to execution, better utilize sales agency resources, optimize customer engagement, and identify and translate complex growth strategies into field implementation.


Bill specialized in leadership development, change management, strategy definition and training. He applies extensive expertise working with diverse Fortune 1000 firms' leadership and integration teams during acquisitions, divestures and other changes in ownership. Published author of articles and studies throughout his industry career, Bill is a Certified Lean Expert, Certified Lead Analyst, Everything DISC Trainer and authorized Everything DISC Partner.
