In addition to public speaking, producing a series of white papers, and conductive training seminars on behalf of industry associations and clients, Debra is a member of Women for MACC (Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer), International Deli Dairy Bakery Association and served as Vice Chair of the Executive Development Committee and Chair of Top to Top for the Women's Foodservice Forum.
